The Aiphone EL-12S 12V AC/DC Electric Door Strike is designed to be installed on the interior of wood framed doors. The Aiphone EL-12S is for doors that see only light to medium usage. The Aiphone EL-12S 12V AC/DC Electric Door Strike includes all mounting hardware as well (2 Screws, 2 Wood Screws, 1 Plate for Surface Mount, and 1 Installation Manual).
