About The Aprilaire 4593 Hanging Wall Mounting Bracket for Model 8100 Energy Recovery Ventilator Systems

The Aprilaire 4593 Hanging Wall Mounting Bracket features pre-drilled holes for fastening to the standard 16" O.C or 24" O.C ceiling joists by using lag bolts.  Rocommended mounting locations are the foundation wall of the basement or a stud wall that has easy access to the furnace.  These mounting locations will sound levels as well as shorten the length of duct runs and elbows required.  

Please Note:  If the home has engineered ceiling "I" beam wood trusses in the basement, the unit must be installed on the wall. If that's not possible, the installation procedure must be approved by a qualified builder before installation.
