This great tankless water heater has an efficiency rating of 97%, and is also compact and lightweight. The Bosch WH17 Tronic 5000 Whole House Electric Tankless Water Heater features an electronic flow sensor, and element modulation that provides a constant output temperature. There is also a filter on the inlet to this tankless water heater. The Bosch WH17 Tronic 5000 Whole House Electric Tankless Water Heater provides improved temperature stability and control as well as enhanced scale resistance. Some common applications are commercial tenant improvements, garage apartments, in-law suites and smaller homes. The Bosch WH17 Tronic 5000 Whole House Electric Tankless Water Heater is backed by a 10 year limited manufacturer warranty when used in residential applications, and a 2 year limited manufacturer warranty when used in commercial applications.
