The Cadet 5F1250W 5 Ft. 1250W Electric Baseboard Heater is a great way of heating any room while also remaining within your budget. The Cadet 5F1250W 5 Ft. 1250W Electric Baseboard Heater uses convection heating to move the heat around the room eliminating the need for a fan. The convection heating makes this baseboard heater ideal for use below window, because the cold air coming down from the window pushes the warm air from the heater up and around the room. The Cadet 5F1250W 5 Ft. 1250W Electric Baseboard Heater is perfect for heating bedrooms because it does not use a noisy fan to move the heat through the room making it super quiet while in use. Cadet recommends a wall-mounted thermostat for optimum performance, or you may prefer the convenience of an optional field mount thermostat kit.

The Cadet 5F1250W 5 Ft. 1250W Electric Baseboard Heater will perform best if installed below a window and at least one foot away from furniture and other objects. The Cadet 5F1250W 5 Ft. 1250W Electric Baseboard Heater should also be at least twelve inches away from any objects hanging above it, objects like curtains, drapes, and pictures. You should also avoid installing the Cadet 5F1250W 5 Ft. 1250W Electric Baseboard Heater below electrical outlets.

A general room of thumb when selecting a Cadet heater for any room in your home is 5 watts of power per square foot for more modern homes, and for homes that were built before 1980 you will need 10 watts per square foot. The Cadet 5F1250W 5 Ft. 1250W Electric Baseboard Heater is ideal for rooms up to 250 square feet (modern) and 125 square feet (Pre 1980).
