This state of the art unit offers hot water on demand, heated to a perfect temperature for residential use—up to 140 degrees. Plus, it can be used in lieu of a traditional hot water heater to cut down on your energy bill, as the Eemax EX48T drives energy efficiency by only utilizing energy when in use and conserving energy when it is not being used.

Place the Eemax EX48T close to the main point of use for best results and watch as hot water is produced nearly instantaneously.

The flow switch contained within this unit activates the heater only on demand so that no standby heat lost, making the Eemax EX48T 99 percent efficient. It’s also manufactured to include a micro-processing temperature control feature that keeps your water at a constant temperature and prevents scalding. This unit is built to last and can stand up to any residential test.
