The Eemax SP55 Point-of-Use Electric Tankless Water Heater is a perfect unit for bathroom sinks that are used for hand washing.  This great tankless water heater will reduce your energy costs by only activating the heating element when the hot water flow has been turned on, this prevents standby heat loss.  The Eemax SP55 Point-of-Use Electric Tankless Water Heater operates with 99% efficiency using almost all of the energy to heat the water and wasting almost none of it.  The Eemax SP55 Point-of-Use Electric Tankless Water Heater utilizes a compact design that allows it to be mounted underneath pretty much any sink.  The Eemax SP55 Point-of-Use Electric Tankless Water Heater is also easily installed and does not require a T&P valve, simply bring one cold water line to the lavatory.  The Eemax SP55 Point-of-Use Electric Tankless Water Heater only has a cold water feed, and provides hot water on demand that will never run out.  The Eemax SP55 Point-of-Use Electric Tankless Water Heater also complies with all handicap requirements.

The Eemax SP55 Point-of-Use Electric Tankless Water Heater is designed to work with a 240 volt electrical input and requires 23 Amps.  The minimum flow rating for this great tankless water heater is 0.5 GPM and the temperature will start to rise from 75 degrees Fahrenheit as the flow is increased.  The Eemax SP55 Point-of-Use Electric Tankless Water Heater utilizes 3/8" compression fittings at the top of the unit.  This great tankless water heater also features a field replaceable element.  This amazing tankless water heater measures 10.75" (W) x 5.25" (H) x 3" (D).
