About the Fantech FX12 260 CFM Centrifugal Inline Fan for 12" Duct

The Fantech FX Series inline centrifugal fans are constructed of a high-grade galvanized steel with a curved wheel impeller design for maximum air flow at a low noise level. The solid construction makes the Fantech FX12 a great solution to adding or upgrading ventilation in your home. The most common uses for the Fantech FX12 are venting Kitchen Range Hoods, bathroom exhaust, duct air boosting, and commercial dryer or steam exhaust. The FX12 can work in conjunction with HVAC systems to add increased air flow and power. For commercial applications, the Fantech FX12 is great for air circulation and central AC systems. The Fantech FX12 comes pre-wired with mounting bracket and hardware providing an easier installation and hassle free maintenance. The FX12 can be mounted in any orientation based on the duct connection direction.  It is not recommended to use the FX12 for outdoor uses.
