Can I add, change, or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?
Once an order is submitted it can't be modified, however if the order has not yet been shipped our customer service department may replace your order with a new order including the changes needed. Please contact us at 1-877-998-WEST (9378) for assistance with replacing an order. Once the order has been sent to our shipping department it is not possible to stop the shipment.
