I Never Received an Order Confirmation?

All orders should receive both an email confirmation of the order and a separate email with tracking information. Please check your junk/spam folder to see if they were placed there if so add them to the safe email list on your email program.

If you still have not received an email confirmation, then the order may have not been submitted. Please contact customer service at 1-877-998-WEST (9378) to verify order status or log-in to your account to check pending orders.
