How do I order replacement parts?

Call the manufacture and reference the model number of the main unit.  Ask for the model number of the replacment part you need, and make sure to ask the name of ther person whom you spoke with.  Then simply call our customer service.

Keep in mind that often times replacment parts can be expensive.  You'll be responsable for paying for a special non-stocking non-returnable order.  There are several alternative to ordering replacment parts which can be discussed with customer service in order to empower you to complet your project.
