Do I need an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number?

Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the applicable Return Policy period (30 days). You can obtain an RMA number by contacting customer service at 1-877-998-WEST (9378). Westside Wholesale will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. Westside must receive the returned products within this time frame. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the outside of the shipping box containing the returned product.

(PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE ACTUAL PRODUCT BOX)- An automatic repackaging fee of up to 50% will be issued if the outside original packing is defaced and needs to be replaced.)

If no RMA is visible on the return package; it will be refused and returned to sender.
