Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the applicable Return Policy period (30 days). You can obtain an RMA number by contacting customer service at 1-877-998-WEST (9378). Westside Wholesale will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once we receive the item(s) back to our facility, it takes us approximately 15 to 20 business days to process a return and credit back to your credit card. Depending on your individual banking institution, it could take up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your statement.You may always call the credit department at Westside for a status on your return. All original equipment (manuals, cables, documents, packaging, etc.) must be returned with your item in New Conditon. Westside cannot process returns that do not have RMA numbers or are incomplete. Incomplete and unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender. Be sure to clearly mark your RMA number on a seperate piece of paper outside of the shipping box.(PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE ACTUAL PRODUCT BOX!)
