What happens if I refuse a package?
Westside Wholesale will charge a refused package fee for any order that is refused when delivery is attempted without prior authorization. The refused package fee is equal to the amount of the shipping charges for the order and the carrier's charges for returning the refused package(s). These orders will also be charged a 15% restocking fee.
