I've received the wrong item - what do I do next?
First, we respectfully ask that you double check to make sure that you didn't get what you ordered. Look over your order confirmation and the packing slip enclosed with your shipment. If you're certain we sent the wrong item, please give us a call within 7 business days at 1-877-998-WEST (9378) Monday - Friday from 5am to 5pm (PST). We will issue you a UPS shipping label and a replacement item will be sent.
