Why Didn't UPS Leave My Package?

It is solely up to your UPS driver to either leave the package or require a signature. Most packages that total a certain dollar amount of value are insured and must be signed for. Prior to ordering, please try to make arrangements to ship to a location where you will able to sign for the package. Also be aware that delivery times vary so please avoid scheduling contractors, electricians, etc... to avoid being charged any penalty fees or cancellation costs. Westside Wholesale is not responsible for refunding expedited shipping charges if no person if available to sign for the package.
