A UPS InfoNotice was left on your door to let you know that a package delivery or pickup was attempted. Your UPS InfoNotice contains information to help you complete the delivery or pickup. UPS will attempt 3 deliveries after which the item will be returned to Westside Wholesale. If the package is returned to Westside it is advised that you contact customer service at 1-877-998-WEST (9378) and inform them of the situation.

Signature requirements for UPS.
Any package over $150.00 will be sent with a signature required from UPS. Please allow for someone to be available to sign for the package. In the event you require the package to be redirected to a different address there will be an $14.00 charge from UPS per package that needs to be redirected (If Possible). Please contact Customer Service for this service.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any delivery times due to a carrier’s shipping delay, nor when orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Westside Wholesale is not responsible for any guarantees on transit time made by the shipping carrier. If a mistake has been made in the address or you request an intercept on the package, we will make every reasonable effort to the correct address and deliver the shipment if it is within the same destination country. An additional charge of $14 for this service will be applied. UPS charges to make these changes and is not an extra fee levied from Westside Wholesale. Please make sure to have the correct address for your package before the order ships out to avoid extra fees.
