Questions & Answers

How does this fasten- spring or wire? I want to use with new and existing cans- the old ones had springs.

This trim uses springs to fasten to the housing and secure the trim.

How does this fasten- spring or wire?

by Andrew W. on 10-24-2012

This trim uses straight tension springs to fasten to the housing. These springs differ from the loose small "springs" that are used in some other trims. The tension springs will latch to the inside of the housing and secure the trim.
