The Halo 6" LED Recessed 4000K 900 Series Module is  intended for LED retrofitting for recessed lighting in commercial and residential settings. The module comes with an Edison screw base adapter so installing the downlight in existing housings is a quick and easy task. The ML709840ICAT120D will also work in new construction projects; the module is compatible with the LED-dedicated H750x series, the H7x series, and the ET7x and EI7x All-Pro housing lines. The Halo 6" LED Recessed 4000K Module is designed to be placed in both insulated ceiling (IC) and non-IC construction, making it versatile and easy to transition to LED lighting. The ML709827ICAT120D features 511 to 945 lumens (exact number is dependent on the combination of trim and color temperature), and its light output surpasses 75W PAR30, 75W PAR38, or 85W BR40 lamps, or a 26W compact fluorescent luminaire. Best of all, the module gives off strong light using less than 15 watts, which will immediately increase savings on electrical bills. With a 50,000-hour lifespan, the module will bring years of hands-off  maintenance. The ML709840ICAT120D boasts a CRI of 80 and produces a color temperature of 4000K, which means the light has a neutral white tone on the lighting spectrum.
