Hioki 3129-10 FMI Phase Detector is for the maintenance of electrical equipment as a grounding resistance meter and voltage detector. This field measuring instrument features a magnetic adapter which is fixable to distribution boards, wide clips that are compatible with thick cables from 7 to 40mm in diameter, and auto power off for conservation of battery power.
