Product Information: The Hioki FMI High Voltage Insulation HiTester offers a wide range of test voltage settings. The 3455-01 can generate test voltages ranging from 250 V to 5 kV and is ideal for all insulation diagnostic applications with its PI (polarized index) and DAR (dielectric absorption ratio) as well as step voltage test, temperature compensation, temperature measurement, and leakage current display. Data memory manual storage function is provided along with USB interface which enables the transfer of data to a PC using the free PC application software. The 3455 complies with safety regulations for category IV measurements (600 V). The unit comes with batteries and a connection cable for added convenience. Comparable to Fluke Model Number: 1550B.
