Hioki 3665-20 FMI LAN CABLE HiTester is a digital meter made for field measurement in telecommunications. By performing a wire map check which detects split pairs, cable length measurement which provides NVP-enhanced measurement accuracy, and direction check which allows you to identify up to 21 cable destinations, the unit allows you to identify and assess the three most important criteria for a properly connected network. The dot matrix LCD features a backlight for less than ideal light conditions, and an energy saving mode saves battery power while you work. This field measuring instrument comes with a carrying case and terminator for added convenience.

• Beeper: sounds when pressing buttons and when measurement results are displayed
• Energy-Saving Mode: enter into energy-saving mode after measurement (and resume when the TEST button is pressed)
• Auto Power Save: the 3665-20 turns off automatically about 10 minutes after the last button press
• Battery Check: Battery indicator blinks when voltage falls below 2.4 V
• Unit Switch: Select between meters or feet
• Power supply: Two AA-size (LR6) alkaline batteries 1.4VA Approx. 50 hours
