First, we respectfully ask that you double check to make sure that you
didn't get what you ordered. Look over your order confirmation. If
you're certain we sent the wrong item, please give us a call within 7 business days at 877-939-7979 Monday - Friday from 8am to 4:30pm (PST). We will issue you a call tag via email from UPS and a replacement item will be sent as soon as we receive the original
item. Under no
circumstances will you be reimbursed for shipping an item back
to us using any Next Day, Second Day, or 3 Day shipping service.
