What is Westside Wholesale's Return Policy?

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund or replacement. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, given by a customer service agent. Products returned without an authorized RMA number written clearly on the outside of the shipping box will be refused. Because many companies offer additional factory coverage, you should contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding defective products. All returned merchandise is subject to 15% restocking fee. No merchandise may be returned without original packaging. If an item is returned without it's original packaging, or an item is returned with damaged packaging, Westside reserves the right to charge the customer the normal 15% restocking, plus any additional fee it may cost Westside to repackage the merchandise when applicable.
