What Happens When an Item is Out of Stock or Back Ordered?

If Westside runs out of an item, your order will immediately be placed on Back Order. Although we make every effort to maintain a large inventory for immediate shipping, occasionally unexpected demand may deplete an items in-stock status and put that item on backorder. Sometimes, a demand for a particular popular item may overwhelm the manufacturer's ability to keep us supplied with adequate stock. In the event you are no longer able to wait for an out of stock item, your order may be canceled and credited. We are not held responsible for any delays and do not cover any expedited shipping, but will ship the items as soon as they arrive to our warehouse location.
