Site Errors

If a situation occurs due to a site error Westside will attempt to alleviate the situation. Errors will be corrected when and where discovered by Westside. Westside reserves the right to refuse any order, revoke any published offer and correct any errors or inaccuracies, including those discovered subsequent to the submission of an order, and whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Westside will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Please note that the policies of your credit card issuer will determine when this amount is credited to your account. Westside does not warrant or make any representation about the substance, quality, functionality, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or any other representation about any third party site or its contents.
