About The Intermatic IG1300-4T-2C3 Residential 4 Telephone Line Surge Protection for New Homes

The Intermatic IG1300-4T-2C3 Residential 4 Telephone Line Surge Protection provides protection for your home from transient surges or spikes that momentarily increase household voltage. Your home appliances such as air conditioners, furnaces, washers and dryers can generate surges that will travel back to the breaker panel and throughout the rest of your home. Surge protector strips are excellent plug-in protection; however these only protect equipment that is plugged into the strip. Many appliances in your home are hard-wired and are not able to be plugged into surge strips.

You can provide your home with the best coverage by combining the Intermatic PanelGuard (installed at your breaker panel) and point-of-use devices.
