The Leatherman Squirt E4 Multi-Tool was designed so specifically that it was originally distributed through special electronic stores, but it became so popular that Leatherman had to release it nationwide. The Leatherman 831198 Squirt ES4 Multi-Tool is an improved version of the E4 with scissors added to the selection of tools.

The Leatherman 831198 Squirt ES4 Multi-Tool features 13 tools for all daily tasks, the tools included are a 420HC Clip Point Knife, Flat/Phillips Screwdriver, Bottle Opener, Medium Screwdriver, Spring-action Needlenose Pliers, Scissors, Wood/Metal File, Wire Cutters, and Wire Strippers: 20GA, 18GA, 16GA, 14GA, and 12GA. The Leatherman 831198 Squirt ES4 Multi-Tool is made of stainless steel with stainless steel handles that feature red anodized aluminum handle scales.
