Leviton's 40649 Decora style telephone wall jack is a simple way to replace an old broken/ unsightly wall jack or install a completely new one with the ease of installation Leviton is known for. Simple wiring is all that it takes to increase your home's appearance as well as improve functionality. Wiring is all color coded making installation as easy as matching up wire colors and connecting them together with screw-type terminals. This is a 6-position; 4-conductor wall jack allowing the use up to two phone lines. For use with Decora wall plates.

This single 6-position 4-conductor flush-mount voice-grade connector complements leviton's popular Decora line of devices. Made of high-impact plastic material. Includes jack insert, plate and mounting hardware.
