Leviton's 40681 Decora style coaxial jack blends in seamlessly to Your walls replacing other unsightly jacks. The high quality smooth finish looks great and because of its high-quality, high-impact plastic it is able to withstand years of use. Wiring couldn't be simpler, with standard F-type coaxial jacks on either side of the jack you only need to screw your cable onto the back-side and attach the plate to the wall. It's just that easy.

For use with Decora and Decora Plus wallplates. Sold Separately.
