About the Lutron CAR-15-GFTRH-GR 15-Amp Claro GFCI Gray Tamper Resistant Receptacle

The Lutron CAR-15-GFTRH-GR 15-Amp Claro GFCI Gray Tamper Resistant Receptacle delivers the safety and security necessary to protect your home and family. The outlet’s tamper resistant features offer more significant protection than traditional sockets or outlet caps that can be removed. Protective features of the receptacle include shock reduction and a shutter mechanism (UL tested) that works to protect against foreign items being inserted into the socket, such as children’s toys, utensils or other objects.

The Lutron CAR-15-GFTRH-GR is designed with your safety and convenience in mind. It has been developed to also save energy, and thus lower your electric bill. The receptacle also comes with instructions for easy and safe installation. It fits any standard sized rocker opening light switch plates or Decora style blocks (sold separately). The 125 volt, 15 amp Lutron CAR-15-GFTRH-GR comes in a versatile and eye-appealing gray color, which goes well with any décor.
