About the Lutron CW-1-BR 1-Gang Claro Decorator Screwless Wall Plate - Brown

The Lutron CW-1-BR is an instant solution for those looking to upgrade the finishes in their homes. In just a few minutes using only a screwdriver, this wall plate can replace your existing unit for an immediate improvement over traditional wall plates with visible screws.

This unit uses a two-part design to achieve the seamless screwless finish. First, a base plate is attached to the wall using a few screws and then the top finish plate is snapped onto the base. The Lutron CW-1-BR fits almost any large toggle light switch or dimmer and does not require any modifications to the existing drywall. The large plate surround is big enough to cover any gaps between the wall box and your drywall.

The Lutron CW-1-BR is made from high-quality Thermoset. This durable material guarantees that this wall plate will stand up to all of your household’s wear and tear. Clean up is a breeze and only requires a quick wipe with a damp cloth.
