About the Lutron MIR-1000M-WH 1000W Maestro IR Dimmer, Multi-Location – White

The Lutron MIR-1000M-WH is part of the Maestro IR Dimmer series and is known for being a “smart dimmer” due to its sophisticated design and high-quality technology. With one small tap on the device’s main button, you can turn your lights on and off with ease. To adjust the light levels, you purely slide your finger along the touch rocker next to the main button. Remote controls are sold separately, and can be calibrated to allow you to change your lighting levels from wherever you sit in your home!

When the Lutron MIR-1000M-WH is not in use, it can double as a night light as it emits a soft green glow in the dark. This is extremely helpful for any people who have a tendency to wander around late at night. The device is UL/CSA certified and contains a limited one year warranty through the manufacturer.
