About the Lutron MIR-600THW-BL 600W Maestro IR Dimmer with Remote Control & Wall Plate, Single-Pole – Black

The Lutron MIR-600THW-BL is part of the Maestro IR Dimmer series that has become known as “smart dimmers,” referring to the attractive design and advanced technological design of these switches. With a simple tap on the main button, you can turn your lights on and off. A side touch rocker is located next to the main button, where you can slide your finger to the perfect lighting level to set any mood. A remote control, included in the package, can also help you change the light levels with ease. Also included in with the Lutron MIR-600THW-BL is a Lutron wall plate, which matches the black switch and helps accent the look in your chosen room!

When the Lutron MIR-600THW-BL is not in use, the switch acts as a soft night light that allows you to find the switch within a dark room. A FASS switch is built underneath the main button to help you remove power from the dimmer without having to uninstall the entire dimmer from the wall.
