The Lutron SELV-300P-AL is extremely simple to operate. All you need to do is use the slide dimmer to adjust to your preferred lighting level, and use the extra rocker switch to flip the lights on and off. Your lighting preferences will be saved! Just remember that the Lutron SELV-300P-AL requires a neutral wire connection in order to operate.
