Regarding the Malibu Lighting CS240RH (8308-9109-01)... These are 18 Watt fixtures. Will the fixtures accept available lower wattage bulbs, perhaps 11 Watt or 9 Watt or lower?

This unit will use the lower wattage you listed. 18 watts is the max.
