About The Moen 62360 M-PACT Pressure Balancing Rough-In Valve with 1/4 Turn Stops, Brass

The Moen 62360 M-PACT Pressure Balancing Rough-In Valve features a very sturdy brass construction that makes this great rough-in valve extremely durable.  The Moen 62360 M-PACT Pressure Balancing Rough-In Valve does not feature volume control.  This amazing rough-in valve is a pressure balancing, four port, cycle valve.  The Moen 62360 M-PACT Pressure Balancing Rough-In Valve utilizes 1/2-inch PEX connections and also features an adjustable temperature limit stop that is used to control the maximum hot water temperature.  The pressure balancing mechanism is used to maintain the selected discharge temperature to +/- 3 degrees Fahrenheit.  The Moen 62360 M-PACT Pressure Balancing Rough-In Valve utilizes a 1222 cartridge design that is constructed of nonmetallic/nonferrous and stainless steel materials, and also accommodates back to back installations.  The Moen 62360 M-PACT Pressure Balancing Rough-In Valve has also been third party certified to meet CSA B-125, ASSE 1016, CSA B-137.5, ASTM F1807, ASME A112.18.1M and all of the applicable requirements referenced therein.  The Moen 62360 M-PACT Pressure Balancing Rough-In Valve is backed by a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty against leaks, drips and finish defects when used in residential applications, and a five year manufacturer warranty when used in commercial applications.
