Above or through-the-floor installation and a variety of available trim finishes make this drain unit optimal and adaptable. Constructed from quality 20 guage brass tubing. Trip Lever bath drain with 1.5" hi-tee for 14" and 16" tubs -20 gauge brass tube -Adjustable trip lever -1.25" drain shoe -All Metal trim. Removeable grid strainer. Comes with a Lifetime limited manufacturer warranty against finish defects to the original consumer purchaser or 5 year warranty if used in commercial installations.
