The Moen FP62300 Flagstone Series Single Handle Kitchen Faucet is a highly durable and super reliable rough-in valve that features brass construction.  The Moen FP62300 Posi-Temp Rough-In Valve utilizes 1/2" IPS connections, and is a pressure balancing, four port, cycle valve.  The Moen FP62300 Posi-Temp Rough-In Valve includes a pre-installed test plug that also includes a cartridge.  The Moen FP62300 Posi-Temp Rough-In Valve can be soldered, pressure tested, and flushed without damaging the cartridge.  The Moen FP62300 Posi-Temp Rough-In Valve features an adjustable temperature limit stop that controls the maximum hot water temperature.  The Moen FP62300 Posi-Temp Rough-In Valve also features a pressure balancing mechanism that maintains the selected discharge temperature to +/- 3 degrees Fahrenheit.  The Moen FP62300 Posi-Temp Rough-In Valve has a cartridge that utilizes a 1222 cartridge design, and is constructed of nonmetallic, nonferrous and stainless steel materials.  The Moen FP62300 Posi-Temp Rough-In Valve will also accommodate back to back installations.  The Moen FP62300 Posi-Temp Rough-In Valve is third party certified to meet CSA B-125, ASME A112.18.1M ASSE1016, and all applicable requirements referenced therein.  The Moen FP62300 Posi-Temp Rough-In Valve is backed by a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty against drips, leaks, and finish defects in residential applications.  The Moen FP62300 Posi-Temp Rough-In Valve is backed by a five year manufacturer warranty in commercial applications.
