The Nutone 9417DN 70 CFM Bathroom Heat-a-Vent Fan w/ Single Bulb Heater Lamp provides lighting, a bathroom fan and a space heater in one convenient fixture, perfect for your bathroom, kitchen, porch or other space. This unit uses a 250 watt heat lamp to evenly distribute heat and features an automatic reset for thermal protection.

The Nutone 9417DN 70 CFM Bathroom Heat-a-Vent Fan w/ Single Bulb Heater Lamp features a modern, white polymeric grill and uses a plug in, permanently lubricated motor. A single 250 watt BR40 sized infrared bulb is sold separately.

The fixture features adjustable mounting brackets spanning up to 24 inches and housing that can be vertically adjusted after the ceiling is finished. The Nutone 9417DN 70 CFM Bathroom Heat-a-Vent Fan has a grille size of 10 ¼” x 10 ¼” x 5/8” and uses a 4" round duct.
