Your rewards will display on your Shopping Cart page and during the Order Checkout process. You can manage and track your rewards by logging into your account at any time. Make sure you select to redeem your rewards during checkout in order to apply Reward credits to your purchase.

Managing "My Rewards"
You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Customer Account. You will be able to view your total Westside Dollars (and currency equivalent) and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding points, including expiration notifications.
Expiration of Rewards & More
Westside Dollars will expire 90 days after they have been earned. As a courtesy, our customer care agents may remind you of the balance of Westside Dollars you have available and of its expiration.
(The appropriate amount of Westside Dollars will be deducted from a customer’s account for any order that will be returned. If the rewards points are used before the return is made, the equivalent monetary value of the rewards will be deducted from the credit of the return).
Westside Dollars can not be used toward shipping charges or tax (if applicable).
Special Quoted Orders do not Qualify for Westside Dollars.
