About the Rheem RTG20006DN-1 High Altitude Chip - Natural Gas

The Rheem RTG20006DN-1 is an upgrade to your Rheem RTG-74PVN tankless water heaters if your application is in higher altitudes than the standard limitations of a water heater. The Rheem High Altitude chip can only work with the RTG-74PVN unit and allows your tankless water heater to work in altitudes ranging from 6561-9840 feet. Installation does not require a technician.
