The Kidde SL177i hardwired interconnectable dual strobe light is an advanced solution for communicating alarms for the hearing impaired. By incorporating the strobe into any circuit containing Kidde alarms, you can amplify the warning of any single alarm by utilizing the strobe’s effect. The Kidde SL177i can support up to 24 other Kidde devices in a circuit at any time.

Easily installed and highly compatible, the Kidde SL177i functions with Kidde CO alarms, heat detectors and smoke alarms. When a heat detector or smoke alarm is triggered, the Kidde SL177i will provide a bright, steady flash to warn about a dangerous situation. In the event a CO alarm is set off, there will be an intermittent flashing warning.

The Kidde SL177i comes UL approved and backed by a five-year manufacturer’s warranty. This device is meant to be used in conjunction with other Kidde alarm systems, not as a standalone unit.
