Same Day Shipping

Westside Wholesale is proud to offer "SAME DAY SHIPPING" as a standard for its customers who place orders before 2:00 PM PST. For Orders that require Freight or LTL Delivery (usually on orders with bulk quantities), "Same Day Shipping" will be offered for order s placed before 2:00 PM PST. Orders that are over $50 and applicable for "Same Day Shipping”, will still leave our warehouse the Same Day with Free Ground Shipping!

Please reference the site to see if an item has a “Ships Same Day” indicator. Please acknowledge that if the product does not display “Ships Same Day”, the item may not ship out the same day. Please refer to the product’s page to see what the normal ship time is for that item.

If applicable, "Same Day Shipping" on an order means that the order will leave our warehouse the Same Day! The estimated time of arrival for an order depends on the shipping method which is selected during checkout. If Ground shipping is selected on an order that applies for "Same Day Shipping", the order will ship out the same afternoon & will take approx. 5-7 business days in transit via UPS or Freight.

Additionally, if an item(s) in an order is not in stock, the entire or part of the order may be held until the item returns back in stock, then the order will be processed immediately. Please keep in mind that orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.

Free Shipping Details

1) Free Shipping On Orders Over $50:

Westside Wholesale is pleased to reward its customers with FREE GROUND SHIPPING for all orders over $50*. We hope this site wide promotion will encourage you to browse through our ever growing variety of products and see how we can further meet your needs. Please keep in mind that the customer may be responsible for paying the actual shipping cost of returned orders which received the free shipping promotion.

2) Free Shipping On Individual Items:

Westside Wholesale provides free shipping on many individual items despite the order amount*. However, if an item that does not include Free Shipping is added to the order, and the order is $50 and below, that item alone will incur the appropriate shipping charge.

*Unfortunately, we are currently unable to extend any Free Shipping promotions to customers shipping orders outside the continuous 48 states. If you are shipping outside of this area normal shipping rates apply.

Backorders & Direct Shipments

Westside Wholesale maintains a healthy inventory of the majority of its products. The website’s stock status that is indicated and updated on a continuous basis is approx. 95% accurate. However, there may be times that the quantity that a customer requests is unavailable at our distribution center. The website may indicate this in the shopping cart below the item, but will still allow the purchase of the desired quantity.

Normally, backordered items will ship from our distribution center as soon as the item(s) returns back “In Stock”. On certain orders, a partial shipment of the items that are available may be shipped to the customer, at no extra charge, allowing a customer to immediately begin their project. Occasionally on orders with bulk product quantities, we will ask the manufacturer to ship the entire or part of an order directly to the customer.

Note: Backordered Items do not qualify for Same Day Shipping.

Shipping Liability

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any delivery times due to a carrier’s shipping delay, nor when orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Westside Wholesale is not responsible for any guarantees on transit time made by the shipping carrier. If any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra charge was incurred in the process of a late delivery, it should be settled with the shipping carrier. To minimize headache for our customers, we will provide assistance in the event the shipping carrier is unable to meet their delivery guarantee. Please contact customer service for further assistance.

UPS Correctional Fees

If a mistake has been made in the address or you request an intercept on the package, we will make every reasonable effort to the correct address and deliver the shipment if it is within the same destination country. An additional charge of $15 for this service will be applied. UPS charges to make these changes and is not an extra fee levied from Westside Wholesale. Please make sure to have the correct address for your package before the order ships out to avoid extra fees.

Signature Requirements for UPS

Any package over $150.00 will be sent with a signature required from UPS. Please allow for someone to be available to sign for the package. In the event you require the package to be redirected to a different address there will be an $14.00 charge from UPS per package that needs to be redirected (If Possible). Please contact Customer Service for this service.

Freight Shipments

For the purchase of many of our products and/or on orders that contain bulk quantities, our Shipping Department may choose to use the most appropriate Freight or LTL shipping carrier. Please understand that this is to make sure that the customer’s shipment gets delivered safely. In turn, a customer service agent will attempt to contact you by phone and/or email to collect data necessary to arrange a freight delivery. The customer will be contacted by the freight company to schedule an appropriate time at which he/she will be available to accept the shipment.

International Shipping Policy

Westside Wholesale has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option (if your products apply). Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Westside Wholesale. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

Nationwide Transit Times

Our Distribution Center is located in Los Angeles, California. Shipments normally leave our Distribution Center the Same Day on orders placed before 2:00pm PST. Once the order is shipped out, the transit time of the shipping method selected will decide when the shipment will be delivered. Shipments using UPS Ground are normally received as shown below. Expedited shipping via UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Air Select will be delivered accordingly. A UPS Tracking Number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped to get a better estimate of when you will receive your order. In case you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please login to your account to access your order’s tracking information.
