With snow melting control panels usually placed near mechanical or electrical equipment, it can sometimes be a daunting task to activate, readjust or shut-off snow melting systems. With the WarmlyYours Remote Control Override, it is possible to monitor and control a snow/ice melting system from a remote location.
The WarmlyYours RCO works in conjunction with the WarmlyYours SCP-120 Premium Snow Melt Control (sold separately), and is an accessory to controlling snow melting from a better housed location. The remote control override can be connected within 500’ feet of the SCP-120 control panel, allowing for great distance as well as peace of mind snow melting control. Not only does it operate remotely, but also the RCO unit’s hold-on timer overrides the automatic heater to operate when snow conditions are irregular. When conditions such as drifted or tracked snow occurs, the flexibility of having manual control allows the snow melting system to activate when the user desires. Operating with 120 volts, the WarmlyYours RCO provides an easy, efficient and convenient solution to quick and remote toggling of the snow melting system.
