The WarmlyYours Slab-Mounted Snow Melt Sensor gives the user the ability to detect rapid changes in the weather, and an even faster response to the snow melting systems. 
The WarmlyYours Slab-Mounted Snow Sensor reacts to changes in temperature quickly and notifies the WarmlyYours Snow Melting System to begin thawing snowfall where it shouldn’t belong.  This is a reliable and affordable method to detecting snow/ice conditions on concrete and asphalt surfaces when used in conjunction with the WarmlyYours SCE-120 Economy Snow Melt Control (sold separately). With rapid detection and fault-free detection, the sensor eliminates any worry about false activation and extensive energy consumption.  The WarmlyYours SLAB-SS sensor is mounted near snow melting cables to ensure that the pavement and sensor dry concurrently and effectively. This allows for a 650’ foot range between the sensor itself and the control. Because of its simple design, the WarmlyYours Slab-Mounted Snow Sensor is mounted flush with the pavement surface, to ensure rapid detection as well as ease of installation. The WarmlyYours SLAB-SS is practical for uses in concrete and asphalt surfaces. Along with its affordability, the CSA certifies this unit to be safe to use in Canadian and U.S. markets.
