Can I cancel an order I've placed?

Orders can be canceled up to 1 Hour after being placed, or until the order has gone into fulfillment. Westside Wholesale handles all orders using an automated fulfillment management system. What Happens When an Item is Out of Stock or Back Ordered?

Will Westside Wholesale Take a PO Number?

Will Westside Wholesale take a PO number? Westside Wholesale at this time only accepts orders via credit card or Debit cards. We can add your PO number to the invoice but the order will still need to be purchased via a valid credit card.

What States Require are to Pay Sales Tax for Westside Orders?

Only orders shipped within Nevada, and Kentucky will be charged sales tax.

I didn't See an Order Confirmation Page. Was my Order Submitted Successfully?

If you didn't see an order confirmation page even though you clicked the last submit button, our server may have still received your order. This happens when communication back to your PC is interrupted following your order submission. If you do not receive an email confirmation, you may wish to check the order history under "your account" or contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-998-WEST (9378) to make sure your order was received.

I Never Received an Order Confirmation?

All orders should receive both an email confirmation of the order and a separate email with tracking information. Please check your junk/spam folder to see if they were placed there if so add them to the safe email list on your email program.If you still have not received an email confirmation, then the order may have not been submitted. Please contact customer service at 1-877-998-WEST (9378) to verify order status or log-in to your account to check pending orders.

What Should I Do if an Item is Missing from my Order?

Occasionally items will be shipped separately to allow the order to be received by the customer more promptly, there is no additional charge to the customer for separate shipments. If you believe that an item is missing from your order through error please call our customer service toll free at 1-877-998-WEST (9378).

Can I add, change, or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?

Once an order is submitted it can't be modified, however if the order has not yet been shipped our customer service department may replace your order with a new order including the changes needed. Please contact us at 1-877-998-WEST (9378) for assistance with replacing an order. Once the order has been sent to our shipping department it is not possible to stop the shipment.

My billing is different from my shipping. Will I be charged sales tax if shipped within Nevada or Kentucky?

Sales tax will only be charged on items being shipped to either Nevada or Kentucky. For all other orders, no sales tax will be charged.
