I want to return an item back after the 30 day policy. How can I do that?

Under no circumstances will we accept returns past 30 days from purchase for any reason (contractor issues, fixtures are too big, colors are wrong, etc). We can extend it to 15 extra days since the credit card numbers are deleted from the system past the 45 days of purchase. We recommend that you check the entire contents of your package(s) immediately upon receipt and try to install within the 30 days, rather than months down the line to avoid this common issue. Do I need an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number?

Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the applicable Return Policy period (30 days). You can obtain an RMA number by contacting customer service at 1-877-998-WEST (9378). Westside Wholesale will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. What Should I Include with My Return?

All original equipment (manuals, cables, documents, packaging, etc.) must be returned with your item in New Conditon. Westside cannot process returns that do not have RMA numbers or are incomplete. Incomplete and unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender. Be sure to clearly mark your RMA number on a seperate piece of paper outside of the shipping box.(PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE ACTUAL PRODUCT BOX!)

How Long Does it Take to Credit My Return?

Once we receive the item(s) back to our facility, it takes us approximately 15 to 20 business days to process a return and credit back to your credit card. Depending on your individual banking institution, it could take up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your statement.You may always call the credit department at Westside for a status on your return. Is there a Restocking Fee on Returned Items?

There is a standard restocking fee of 20% on all returns. The 20% restocking fee applies to all stocking items. In regards to special orders, restocking fees can be signifigantly higher. Please consult with one of our customer service agents in regards to special orders.

What happens if I refuse a package?

Westside Wholesale will charge a refused package fee for any order that is refused when delivery is attempted without prior authorization. The refused package fee is equal to the amount of the shipping charges for the order and the carrier's charges for returning the refused package(s). These orders will also be charged a 20% restocking fee.

May I Exchange My Return?

We do not exchange returned items for different items. We will replace an RMA'd item with an identical replacement item of the same make and model. If the return policy period has not yet expired, you can request an RMA Refund (subject to 20% restocking fee), order a new item, and we'll refund your original purchase after we receive your returned product.

My order qualified for free shipping. Will I be charged with a restocking fee?

Yes. A 20 % restocking fee applies to all orders returned back for a refund that qualified for free shipping.

UPS has Returned My Order to Westside After 3 Missed Delivery Atempts. What Happens Now?

Contact customer service informing them of the situation. Once we receive the package we'll credit the original credit card, Minus shipping costs. A replacement order can then be placed.
